My Cali Twin
Heather could only find her twin on TV!

But here is why...........

Checkout these shoes Heather bought today!!!!!!
Seriously today was an awesome day, we had 8 new kids show up today! At this rate we may have 100 kids by the end of the week. Can you say Wahoo!!!
The kids are starting to warm up! They got a little more involved in worship today. I actually saw some clapping going on. By the end of the week we are going to have these kids jumping!
They had a blast getting drenched as they crossed the Jordan River at game time today!
It is such a blast as well as a privilege to be given the opportunity to have an impact and be impacted by kids all over the world! Their is nothing better than this!!!!!

HPC Danville Style

Heather and I were the greeters this morning at our Danville campus! We got to experience an HPC service Danville style this morning. God showed up and it was an awesome service! Just the beginning of a great week here in Danville.
After service today we got an opportunity to drive to San Francisco and check out the sites.

We got to see the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island along with all the other great sites in San Francisco.

It was just a little windy today!
Not to mention COLD! I thought this was California??? It is amazing how the temperature can change so drastically just a few miles down the road!
Today was a great day! We are now ready for another great week of VBS YEA HAW!!

It's Rough in Danville

Yes, that is Heather in the Jail!

Seriously we are having a great time! Our Danville family is awesome! We love it here!
Report from Cambodia
A few hours ago they had just finished their second night of crusades where thousands had shown up and hundreds were saved. God is awesome! Mrs. Sherrie had an awesome day teaching yesterday and she will be speaking at one of the local churches in the morning (8pm tonight). Please continue to keep her in your prayers. God is doing great things!
We Have Arrived In Danville
After several delays due to mechanical issues and weather we finally made it here at midnight local time. At 1am this morning on our way to where we are staying we were sitting in bumper to bumper traffic who would have ever thought it was 1am. After a great night sleep, checkout the awesome views I got to wake up to this morning!

They Finally Made It!
After a 19 hour plane ride (not to mention the couple of short ones) and a 5 hour van ride (that did of course break down) Mrs. Sherrie has arrived in Battambang. She is checked in to her hotel and trying to chill (air is broken) for the evening. It is almost 8:30pm there. Please be praying for her as she will be teaching in the morning (8pm tonight here). What an awesome experience this will be for the entire team. Keep Praying!!!!!

I just realized I have way too many count downs I'm trying to keep up with right now. One most importantly 8 more days until Mrs. Sherrie comes home. YEAH!!!!! Number 2 43 more hours till we leave for Danville. Yea haw one more time! Number 3 last but not least the long awaited trip, exactly 2 weeks until we leave for Mozambique. I have one packed month, but I am loving it, I wouldn't have it any other way!

The First 24 Hours

Well I have to admit Rox, H and Lacy have done a great job

We started off the day with a stop at Starbucks of course!

We then headed down to Bro. Ronnie's office to do a little work where we encountered an alligator. The alligator was too fast for me to get a picture of so all I have to show you is Heathers reenactment of the alligator!

After getting a little lunch at Cheesecake Bistro where I had a little issue with Heather double dipping. I escorted Rox and H to the DMV which was the whole reason for today's outing so that Heather can get on the airplane Friday when we go to Danville. As soon as we pulled in the parking space at the DMV the sky opened up so needless to say we got drenched, made for great drivers license pictures.

One Long Night

I'm not use to being on this side; don't like it so much. I'm use to being the one leaving, not the one being left. I know God has a lesson for me to learn through this, just hope I get it the first time. Cause their is nothing worse than feeling like you just lost your best friend. I'm trying to look at the bright side it's only for 10 days!

Can You Say Bears?
This past week at VBS the kids were given an opportunity to make 2 bears. One to send to Africa and the other to keep and everytime they hold that bear they are reminded to pray for the child on the other side of the world who received it. I am fortunate and priveleged enough to be able to get to deliver these bears to the children in Mozambique. In a little less than a month I will be able to take another picture showing the children who receive these bears. How awesome is that!!!!!! I am so blessed that God allows me to be a part of what He is doing in the lives of all these children!
